NEW LOCATION: We are excited to announce that the 2014 Hike MS will take place at Keystone Resort!

We're still ironing out the details and planning routes, so stay tuned for event specifics, including discounted lodging options.

While the location is new, you can expect the same great support as we climb for a cure for MS.

Families may enjoy a leisurely 2-mile hike on our Green Route, while experienced hikers can choose the more advanced 6-mile Blue Route or take the challenge and attempt our 10-mile Black Diamond Route. Route Marshals, rest stops, and medical support are available along the route to ensure your safety and comfort.

While the routes are not wheelchair accessible, the base camp has several accessible destinations. Please consider joining us as a volunteer to cheer on those hikers attempting the challenge.

Your $30 registration fee includes a continental breakfast, BBQ lunch, custom event T-shirt and on-mountain support. There is also a $50 fundraising minimum to participate in Hike MS. There is no registration fee for children under 16 participating with an adult but there is a $25 fundraising minimum.

Online registration will close at midnight on Wednesday, July 23; walk-up registration will be available Friday, July 25 from 5:30 - 8:30 pm and on Saturday, July 26 starting at 7 am.

Beat the Heat at Hike MS
60% to 80% of people with MS have a mild to moderate heat sensitivity. Exercise raises core body temperature, so it is important to keep cool during Hike MS. Learn strategies for easing the effects of heat and access cooling product resources.
